Die AgriFood Alliance ist das Netzwerk der AgriFood Netzwerke bestehend aus Vereinen, Verbänden, Hubs, Acceleratoren Inkubatoren & Förderern von Ag-; Food-; Bio-; Forest-; Bluetech & Startups im DACHLI Bereich, die sich schwerpunktmäßig mit der Food-System-Transformation befassen.
Erstmalig initiiert wurde das Netzwerk der Netzwerke von der German Agrifood Society (GAFS) und dem
Europäischen Institut für Innovation & Technologie im Bereich Food (EIT Food), um geeint eine Food System Transformation anzustoßen. Die AgriFood Alliance ist ein nicht formal verfasster Zusammenschluss, der als Kollektiv im Sinne einer Interessensvertretung handelt. Die GAFS und das EIT Food agieren in diesem Rahmen als Koordinatoren der AgriFood Alliance (Netzwerk der Netzwerke) im AgriFood Bereich.
Es werden insbesondere regelmäßige Treffen durchgeführt, Vereinbarungen nachgehalten und Aktionen der Interessensvertretung gemeinsam vorbereitet.

The AgriFood Alliance is the network of AgriFood networks, consisting of clubs, associations, hubs, accelerators, incubators & sponsors of Ag-; Food-; Bio; Forest-; Bluetech & startups in the DACHLI area that focus on the food system transformation.
The network of networks was initiated for the first time by the German Agrifood Society (GAFS) and the
European Institute for Innovation & Technology in the Food Sector (EIT Food) to initiate a food system transformation. The AgriFood Alliance is a non-formal association that acts as a collective in the spirit of advocacy. In this context, the GAFS and the EIT Food act as coordinators of the AgriFood Alliance (network of networks) in the AgriFood sector.
In particular, regular meetings are held, agreements are followed up and lobbying activities are jointly prepared.
